Deceptive and excesive fee structure and getting help is a mensa test Internet

Be aware before you activate your paypal account for commercial purposes. I did this even though I NEVER once received a commercial payment.

The only time in years that I received a payment was today, it was personal, not business, and I was charged a $20 fee out of this payment. You probably never thought about it but PayPal does not differentiate between personal and commercial accounts.

To make it worse to get help, much less to change the account back to a personal account is a freakin' MENSA test. I won't be using PayPal again and suggest that you do not do the same either.
