I paid through my barclays account for products over the internet I was not pleased with the products so I asked the company back for my money to be placed into my account we agreed and it was sent.
I checked my bank but the payment was not there so i checked my paypal account and it was in it so I asked paypal to transfer payments to my Barclays account the payment that they had received so they did on the 26/09 for 200.00 no fee charged which should have reached my account within 7 to 9 days. I also ask them to transfer the remaining 17.86p to my Barclays account on the 6/10/08.
I have not receive these payments from them and I call and email this company over and over again from 26/9 to present day 2009. I ask my bank to get involve and they tell me that its between paypal and myself.
I have written letters and sent my bank statements from 1/09 to Dec so that they can see that I have not received these two payments but I am not getting any response from paypal as they say that they have investigated my claim and my bank Barclays told them that I have received the payments.
I am in need of help as my Bank still have not received the payments and I have asked for the payments to be traced and recovered by paypal but they still have not done so. Paypal also says that I put the wrong account sort code but I know that I gave them my right personal details because I have received two payments before for something else straight into my account.
I have been robbed of 216.86p
