This issue started happing about month ago i got a phone call from hunter financial and the mans name was there rep spoke real nice out of phonex and he asked me if i would like to save 150.00 dollars on my house payment and being 100% disabel any thing would help and then not having to pay your first payment for 60 days because the intrest rate was 5.25 % and i said i will get back to you after i talk to my wife and she said great.
Two days latter he called and told him great let's do this so he sent me over the truth in lending statment and my wife and i signed it and faxes it back from my 2.00 dollar fax mechine i got at the salvation army store and the paper work said this is your payments and derrring our confersation he ask me about my disablty and how it happen i told him of the 9 surgerys and that i had a wheel chair and i have a hard time getting it out of the house will he told me that after the loan goes throug he would help me get the paper work
together and that the ada would up grade your house for free will i was so happy they were going to put in new windows and a ramp for free but again he said after the loan funds i was telling every one how great he was then two days ago i called him every thing went through and i ask him if he would help me with the paper work to ge the upgrades on the home will he said will on that we are going to have to wate till your credit score gets better then i knew he was only being nice to me to get the loan through why do pepole do that to people i dont know - will last night my wife tells me that the paper work was diferent from the truth statement mater a fack there was two truth and lending statment made on the same day with two different amounts but i did not see that one with anther set of payments and then agian it changed again in side the contrack i guess i would like to know who to turn too and is this is legal or not thanks again
