Got me too they managed to scam $49 dollars

I received this very official certificate stating I have been pre approved for a credit limit of 5,000.00. I sent the 49.00 for rush service. This really hurt me financially as I was expecting to use this as my primary credit card for my new business. I sinceraly hope that these people hang!!!
