I got a couple of loans from Impact cash and it was always 390 total for a 300 loan. Then they called me and asked if i wanted another and i would get a gift card, so i said okay. As long as it is the same as the other loans. Well when they took out over 500 and i was getting nsf fees i called them back and asked why and to stop. Then they didn't stop causing many nsf fees. I called back and said to stop. I have no money.
They attempted 3 different quanties at a time out of my account and did this about 6 times. 6 x 3 =18 x 35.00 = 630 dollars. Plus all the other fees caused by these fees. They still are asking for 165.00 and i have given them over 900 to date. I did not sign anything, they just used an electronic signature.
I asked last week to stop and i would pay them a money order just so they would not try and take it out again. They tried 6 more times. That is 210 more dollars. So far they owe me like 2000. This is all over a 300 loan. Please help me find the right lawyer for this. Thank you.
