I received a call that I was approved for a loan of 15,000 which I was going to use to pay off all my bills. I was so happy that someone was going to give me a loan and I could start off the new year fresh. It sounded like a great deal, low payments, low ARP. The rep I was dealing with was Mellissa Williams. She emailed me a contact. Told me that everything was good to go. All I had to do was to send her 850.00 (at first it was over a 1000.00). She said thatI had to send it thou a moneygram. Well in the small town in which I live in we not have that here. My husbend and I traveled 3 hours sround triup so that I could send her her money.
Mellissa told me that I had to send my moneygram to Canada. To a lady named Madeline Brown. She also said that I had to give her a reference number to my moneygram. I did all that and then she told me that I would have the money in my account in 24 hours. Well 24 hours went by then 48 hours went by nothing in my account. I called her and she said that there was a problem with my credit report and that there was no way I could get my money unless I got there insurance which was 2900.00. I told her no way that I was going to send her that much money. She told me that I would be getting a refund check in the mail. Well as you guess I still have not heard from her. Now when I call all I get on the phone is BYE!!! I have made reports to the FTC and also to the Phone Busters in Canada and I am also working with the poilice deptment here in my town. The thing that upsets me the most is that my husbend and I work very hard for what we have. It was very hard to have to come up with the 850.00. And now we are paying for it. This all happened in the month of Nov. So when Christmas came around it wasnt very big for my two kids. People are so evil to do things like this to other people. Where are there hearts. I even told her thanks to her that my kids werent going to have Christmas. All she could say was sorry... So I know that I will not be getting my money back but I will do everything in my power to let them know that it is wrong what they are doing. So if anyone ever hears about this comoany please let me know.
