I was called on the phone and told that i was approved for a loan. A represanative called me and told me that i was approve and all i had to do is sign the contract. I though about if for a day or so and went over the contract and it sound good. Next day i was told to send some money for the loan because my credit wasn't great. I was told to send 964.00$ for a 5,000$ loan. I know my credit is not great so i though that was pretty good money at the time. I was in need of money so i send the money by moneygram. Hours later i was told the my loan should be in the bank within hours.
Next morning received another call that i was denied.
I asked for my money back and they said that i was going to get refunded.
Is been a month and i haven't heard from them at all.
Please help me I'm a single parent with 2 kids and my bills are backed up, because of this. I actually borrowed that money and i had to pay the person back. I have daycare to pay and feed my kids..
I need help getting my 964.00$ back.
