Ripoff consumer fraud, contract is so screwed up it is pathetic. Ripoff

I do not understand how a contract for ocwen federal can be legal when My name David M appears on it without my permission. The contract also has the name of my wife also. This contract can not be lagal. It also has my name along with another as husband and wife. This contract is so screwed up it is pathetic.
