On May 15 I bought (2) overthecounter
Water ionizer/purification models (with 4 alternative cartridges) and (1) underneath the table water ionizer/purification device (with 2 alternative cartridges) from Chris Goodgold at WaterWorks4u also called MediaWorks4u. 1-888-973-7773. Mr. Goodgold described the (2) overthecounter models were in-stock and prepared for instant delivery, however the underneath the table device wasn't stateside yet.
A whole freight box of these were currently being delivered from Taiwan and were due through people traditions by mid-June. I prepaid for anything, required instant shipping of the overthecounter ionizers and waited for that underneath the table device plus (2) alternative tubes guaranteed in my experience sometime in late July, once it got through traditions.
June arrived and went without any shipping of the underneath the table device. My spouse got applied towards the above-counter models.in the beginning she believed it'd occupy an excessive amount of table room but which was no further a problem. Because Mr. Goodgoldis merchandize nevertheless hadn't removed practices, on July 6th I delivered him a contact saying unequivocally that people were no further thinking about the underneath the table device which this mail was his total agreement to credit again that $1,929 to my MasterCard and stop the underneath the counter-part of the purchase. Mr. Goodgold obviously never answered to my mail.

I expected her wherever was my MasterCard credit, she understood nothing of it and stated she'd need to evaluate it with Chris.
Again no-call back. A couple of days later I again named, got Michelle and described that there is no gray-area below. I'd terminated my purchase officially written down on July 6th, prior to the system was delivered and sometimes even was through traditions. That which was the holdup? She again stated she'd need to clear anything with Chris and guaranteed a call-back within 24 hours. Again no reaction.
After my July 6th e-mail termination and atleast four discussions with Chris and Michelle, you know what turned up on my doorstep on July 6th? That underneath the table purification device plus two alternative tubes appreciated at $1,929. I instantly declined the unopened cargo and had advantages return the bundle to Mediaworks4u. The UPS Tracking Amount was 1Z539EW10349755780. Chris Goodgold experienced the audacity to resend that bundle back again to me about 14 days later and illegally billed my MasterCard for another $25 delivery cost
I once more named Mr. Peter Goodgold and his reaction was that people had a 'agreement' and he merely achieved it. He never recognized my mail or numerous discussions and attempted to express my device was 'special-ordered' from Taiwan. He never named my order a 'special-order' before. Recall after I put my purchase on 5/15/08 he mentioned the models were 'nearly' coming to US traditions and really should be through sometime in mid june. Nobody purchases one-unit from Taiwan. Their freight box must of included thousands or even a large number of these models. They're actually provided on his site. Additionally, it requires 4-6 months to mix the Pacific Ocean consequently my device wasn't a unique order.
I asked how he might dismiss not just my mail but additionally our discussions but he merely replied that people had a 'agreement' and he recognized it. Why did not he consider that strategy whenever we formerly conversed about the telephone? He never mentioned something showing he would ship anyhow.
