I am gonna come right out and state that Plan Processing (AC) includes a POS customer support area.

Why am I saying this?

Well, I sent AC at the start of the month to inform them the VR3 device they offered me turned nonfunctional 12 hours after I began utilizing it. They stated that they'd deliver me an upgraded but that I'd to provide them with info (title, delivery address, e-mail address, day telephone, type of item, and reason behind return).
