Chase Bank
SCREWED with FIRST-time, ONE-day late fee!

After having a perfect paying record for 8 years on my Visa account with Chase Bank, I was charged a $39.00 LATE FEE for being ONE DAY late!

Oftentimes, I pay off the balance in full and I always pay more than the minimum amount due. I spoke with a SUPERVISOR who would not waive the late fee.

I requested "a day's grace" for this first time "one day late, " but she refused.

I'm ticked off that AGAIN the banks in this country get all the breaks! (Like billions of our tax dollars to bail them out when THEY manage their money poorly.)
