This company is awful i have had a rough year this company has always got a payment when i said i was going to pay them always they have called my job and family and gave out personal information and i do believe that is a privacy violation when i filled out the application and they asked for family and friends numbers for credit references i did not think they would call and harass them even when they had talked to me they gave out personal information to my job and i am in the medical field and the phone at my job not just one person answers they did not who they were talking to and gave out my peronal information and now all of my co-workers know what is going on because of representative that called my job i really hope that a lawyer reads this and can come up with something like a hippa violation for this and a start a class action lawsuit on these people have i been late yes but i call them and tell them i am late and i will wesern union a payment they made me set up a post dated check and they said to call back and they would cancel the post dated check and they did not so that cost me i western unioned the payment and then they tried to take the money out of the account and of course it was not there and then they would call and say my payment bounced. They are crooks they kept calling one relative and they were very sick i called and told them to stop calling that relative and they did not they were so ugly to her and she is older and sick i hate this company i wished i could refinance with someone else or i may just let them repo the vehicle just to get them out of my life i can not stand them
