Well I suppose I had been another customer which was cheated by PFF. I had been informed by Brian H. A person service representative at PFF they could be ready to obtain a "mortgage loan modification" accepted for all of US to be able to permit us to maintain our house from likely to foreclosure. All we'd to complete was forward finalcial info (including, bank claims, salary stubs, previous decades 1040is, copies of complete tax-filing paperwork, etc)
We caught PFF in early March, delivered all of the relevant information as required, created many updated faxes and telephone calls. After December 1st, the repetitions for PFF were getting tougher and tougher to obtain a your hands on. Not returning my calls, e-mails or faxes for times. Not providing me a definate solution of ans kind.
Long story short my home was established to get a purchase day of 1/6/09 @ 11 am est. Woohoo!!! You know what... I eventually obtained a phone from the PFF mitigation expert at 9pm est on 1/5/09 stating that my mortgage company had approved a "repayment plan" for twelve months, then possibly they would do a " loan modification" once all twelve re-payment plan installments had been made promptly. Never the less, the "re payment strategy" was so crazy that people couldn't manage it by any means design or type.
Today the kicker towards the tale is, like a lot of others with this community. I called concerning the reimbursement of the part of funds ($2495.00) which was settled to PFF in 5 semi weekly payments. Hmmmm, you thought it, I had been informed they got the re payment "workout" plan accepted and it's not their problem we couldn't pay the conditions.
I was never informed they were likely to attempt to obtain a re payment strategy, heck I'd been already provided that by my mortgage business plus they already understood that people could not afford it, thats why I caught PFF to complete a "mortgage loan modification" and obtain my funds decreased and obtain my interest-rate decreased aswell.
I've to state I'm nearly grateful and treated that I'm not the only real boring tac within the container. I actually did study with this before permitting PFF use of my banking account to be able to create the payments promptly. Lord, how gullable was I??? I'm like this type of schmuck (sp?) I can't think that I had been obtained for nearly $2500.By the corporation that today claims (Marcell to become precise), that what I taken care of was "study & evaluation" Exactly What A couple of horse crap
Okay, I Have ranted and talked enough, I'm likely to access it my ohone using the CABBB, the California State Attny Gen. And also the North Park Area Attorneys Consumer Fraud Department. Not that personally I think it'll do any little bit of great, but I suppose it'll make me feel just like I'm atleast attempting to place it to PFF as lightly because they caught it in my experience.
