On Dec 5th, I bought Jewerly at Tower of Jewels in Las Vegas Nevada, they set up a One Year Zero intrest plan throught Wells Fargo financial due to be paid in full by Dec 5th. Over the following 12 months Payments were made from the min to thousands each month and on 11-28-08 final payment of 256.00 was sent in one week early and posted on 11-3-08.
The next month I received a bill saying I owe $1082.61 from a 13 dollar balance dispute over the last statement. I went to my Credit union and obtained each statement and the total paid to Wells Fargo was 55.00 over the original amount. The last statement reflected I owed 269.00 not the 256.00, Wells fargo would owe me 42.00. Iam in the process of the 60 day dispute and have to send them bank statements ect, after reviewing all this fraud reguarding Wells Fargo an Attorney should look into a clas action suit against this Corp Giant. But being a Law enforcement officer I know of no Attorneys that would want to work that hard on a civil case. I will not have this money extorted from me, even if my credit is ruined. I might spend retirement playing Erin Brockovich... I see a Major Class action suit what do you think feel free to email me.
