Do not trust fmafinancial.com aka fma servicing llc. I paid them $1,500 to do a loan modification on my home and they charged my credit card 2x saying that the fee was $3,000 when they only quoted me $1,500. I told them my home was in foreclosure and that they would have to hurry. Here is has been almost 2 months and they keep saying they are working on it.
I called my mortgage lender and they do not show any authorization on file for a fmafinancial.com, fma servicing llc or any company. When I asked my lender if anyone has called to negotiate a mortgage modification on my account the lender says there is no record of anyone calling.
My home is now 1 month away from foreclosure and I don't know what to do. They stole my money and won't give it back. I did a dispute with my credit card company but they reversed it because they said I signed an agreement. My credit card company said I will have to take them to court.
Now I am out $3,000 and have no money and these scammers keep telling me they are working on it. I called the florida department of law enforcement to file a criminal complaint and they told me this group is currently under investigation for fraud, drugs and racketeering.
I recently learned they are a scam phone room and run 2 other investment timeshare scames under the name of timeshare trader usa timesharetraderusa.com and blue bay advisors www.bluebayadvisors.com. I found out the owner sal esposito is a convicted felon for securities fraud, obstruction of justice and racketeering in New York and has been running phone room scams for years.
My sister is a paralegal in Georgia and did some research for me on them. I posted it below.
