Ripoffed us off and dishonestly sold my wife and I a broken freeze

We Purchased approximetly $1100 worth of meat products for the second time from this company. This most recent transaction was to include a "Brand New" stand up freezer to replace our current one. We agreed and the freezer was to be delivered the following day before the remaining balance was paid. They delievered the freezer when my wife was home only. My wife doesn't quite know what was to be included in this freezer, therefore this is why the salesperson delivered it at a different time than what was agreed upon.

Upon coming home myself to see the freezer I discovered it was not only smaller, it was damaged severely. Broken seal, no light and no legs. Upon calling the salesperson he said he would be by the following day to replace it. He not only never showed up, but his mobile phone was disconnected. I called the owner of the company and he said there was nothing he was going to do due to the fact the salesperson in question was let go 2 days prior to selling us our meat and freezer. Now we have had to go out and spend $600 on a new freezer that we didn't need to purchase in the first place.
