Unhappy customer; i've called and left e-mails for this company in regards to this problem for the last 4 month this company has been withdrawing from my account the amount of$17.32 per-month in calling my bank they also said that one of the withdraw gave me a over charge bill by the bank for the amount $35.00 back in nov @ when talking to the bank they told me of these withdraw coming from my account, i dont understand how this happened in nov i called this company w / also a e-mail with my concern up tell jan i had not heard anything back from this companythan jan came and again another withdraw from my account very angry i called the company again on 01-7 i was than told by the person who answered the phone there was not anything they could do but again cancell the so call order, i asked to speed to a superviser at first the person refused to give me a supervisor saying nothing would be done about the money already taken that was not good enuph for me this made me even more angry having to fight with a employe for a supervisor after about 10-15 min, i was then given to aperson by the name of midia lopez who again told me that my money as you say was gone still not what i want to hear, i asked to speek to the person in charge of the sonsumer side of these problem she said there was no one else to go to, still not happy with answers i asked for the name of the owner (maiada lopez) did at firt refuse to give me this name she said if not happy to file a police report im sure that is was not the the respone the owner whould have wanted from a employee. I was given the name (jay thoma fax #213-291-8170) i have looked up this company and see that this company has gotten alarge amount of complaints against it, what i want is this company ti return my money $84.28 =m 4 with draw of #17.32 @ one overdraft fee from my bank done in nov, my biggest concern is this company has been doing it to alot of people same as i and why? (on vacation jay thoma) while we are left fighting for the little money we have economy bad and some one out there taking free money from others very very bad practice
