Unauthorized withdrawal from checking account

On 12/31/08 a withdrawal of $32.90 was produced from my bank account at my credit union. The info provided was the following:

Identification 0000067819 corp: TWX AOL SUPPORT. I've no idea how they (whoever "they" are?) got my bill # or how this could occur.

So what can be achieved to prevent this from happening and just how do I get my money-back?
