I noticed an unauthorized ACH withdrawal from my account on the 6th of june. I called my bank and after considerable searching and complaining i got a name and phone. I researched the name on the withdrawal amd came up with platinum roadside services. I wasnt sure i had the right place until i saw a complaint review about tem with the exact same amount. I tried to contact them but no answer.
I have no idea how they got all my information but will be even more vigilant in monitoring my transactions. The # on the website was different ftom the one i got from the. So im not sure what the deal is. The # they gave me is 1-888-481-3757. They said it was global telecom. But the actual withdrawal said platinum roadside. I would suggest that anyone that has issues like this report it to anyone and everyone that you think may be able to do something about this electronic theft.
