Unfortunately I did not research this company until after the fact. When I read the rip off report I thought I was reading about myself. I too was charged for items that I did not order. I only received one invoice and the company went into my account and charged me twice, once on 10/30 and again on 11/19. I emailed customer service for satisfaction and was told I would get a reply in 24 to 48 hours to date I have heard not a single word. I emailed them again even though they said not to and didn't even get a response. I also called their 888 number 7 times and was told I had to wait 92 min, 73 min, 84 min. 62 min. I believe this is a ploy so you will give up. Who has time to wait on hold for that amount of time? Only to be disconnected if you do wait. You get the picture. I could not get an RMA number to return what was sent. Now the thirty days is up so I am sure there will be more of a ripoff. I called my bank and am in the process of disputing both of the charges and will have a new card issued.
