The compnay charged my account as soon as i submitted my order, they did not wait the 14 day trail as said on their website — RIPOFF!

I received the order 1 month later and my credit card was charged on the day of my order not allowing me to try the product (COLOTOX) for the 14 days as said on their webpage. I tried calling the company several times and the recording keep giving messages of unusual waiting time of 93min, 63min. And so on. I emailed the company again and again and no response. Now i have another charge to my credit card. I called my bank and they will investigate and get my money back.
