Unauthorized Charges

I requested a FREE TRIAL OFFER and decided to pay delivery of $6.95 that was billed to my charge card on 11/14/08. Upon study of my charge card I've an unauthorized demand out of this organization dated 12/07 for $69.98 it was completed without my agreement or charge card agreement.
