I seldom utilize my JCPenney charge card. I created a purchase on Blackfriday (day after Christmas). I had been pregnant and due on December 15th. Therefore at the start of Dec I experienced and settled all my expenses but since I have did not yet possess a declaration from JCPenny, I recorded into my bill online and also the deadline was 12/31/08. I settled the statement entirely. I received my declaration also it exhibits the deadline of 12/30!!! They transformed from what it confirmed online early in December. Total SCAM.
