Since I have been trying to get this company to remove a fraudulent / identity theft account from my credit report. I have sent official records and information to verify the account is not mine, nor have I given anyone authorization to use my personal information. I'm still fighting to clear my name. There must / has to be a better way to handle businesses who continue to operate under such ridiculous and non-user friendly ways.
