Collection Company of America Put errors in my credit report

I received this reply from my Colorado officials.

Collecto, Inc. Has been licensed as a debt collection agency in Colorado since July 5. They dropped the trade name Collection Company of America in 2007. They may no longer collect under that trade name. You may file a formal complaint with our office. I will need a copy of the credit report showing that they are collecting under the name Collection Company of America. I have attached a consumer rights brochure, a complaint form and additional consumer information that may be helpful in resolving your complaint. They even sent me a letter saying they were licensed with a copy of it. Not as the state now has a complaint with all of the information to make trouble for them
