According to the corporations dept of pennyslyvania, home loan services, altegra credit corp, loss mitigations all share the same, office they work under different aliases, to make a long story short, majestic mortgage, stole thousands of dollars in equity from our home, which a broker by the name of john recommended that the property be transferred to a family member because she had a 630 score and i had a 580, he said the loan was not do able, what happened was he placed my brother in a balloon type, subprime loan, with a 2nd, and stole additional monies from the property, at closing at least $90,000. Forcing the payment to go even higher, he advised us my husband and i to make payments for 6 months and then he would refinace the lproperty back, never happened, he just wanted to cover up his ther by the foreclosure, my husband found out thea the property was in foreclosure initiallly because john forged documents, this was later, straightened out, and then, my husband filed bankrupcy to save the property, butthe payments went up higher, finally the bk was dismmissed, we then made arrangements with gina space of 1st franklins bank, mitgations unit, and received a payment plan, she kept rushing us and yelled and secreaed at us to have the payment in in 5 minutes, you neeed to have $5000.00 etc, she keptputting the property on the auctionlist every day, until we got up all the money, the last date to have the money in was on 8/29/08 we had the payment of $5000.00 in full before the day of auction, even called her, and guess what the triffiling scum sold it anyhow, took our last money, and now we are tryingto fight mers, who wants to have a non-judicial foreclosure on a property we have owned over 20 years, living here 20 years plus, lots of fraud, gina spade is a big mouth, liar! Our payment plan was in writing, and they did not give our money back as of yet! Bunch of ass holes
