I am a single mother and money is tight, so I thought that I completed an application online for a personal loan. Low and behold, I was connected to Nancy Rosen, a seemingly nice person. She wasn't interested in hearing my needs for the money. She went over the terms of the agreement and stated that she had a lender for my needs, but that I would need to send $ to someone in Canada named Matt R. Neiman via Money Gram because this was for insurance purposes. I was skeptical about this, but because I wanted to use the money to pay for Christmas gifts also and make my children happy, I sent the money. Then, Ms. Nancy Rosen told me that because my money wasn't sent to Matt Neiman at the time that was expected that I would need to send another $450 to Matt Neiman again via Money Gram. She kept pressuring me that the money had to be sent immediately. When I told that I didn't have the money, she asked me to borrow the money from either friends or family for the $450. She kept telling me that she had to have the money by a certain time because she was going out of town to California. At one time, I told her that that I didn't want the loan and she would need to send back my money. She stated that she would only be able to send a paper check to me not Western Union or Money Gram. She told me that the money would be in my account by 12/24. When I checked with my bank on 12/24, there wasn't any money pending in my account or in my account for the amount that was discussed with her. She stated that her SECRETARY would in the office on 12/24 or 12/26 to answer any questions concerning the loan. I left many messages on Nancy Rosen's voicemail and the alleged customer service line. Well of course, I didn't receive any call backs from her or the alleged secretary. So, now I'm out of money and have nothing but more debt now as a result. I want these people stopped!!!
