A nightmare since I have been assigned to Ocwen in 2005... And still to this day! Misposted mortgage payment and 30 days to correct it! How does this happen?
They tell you you have to be 90 days delinquent for them to consider modification options... 90 days? I had called them prior to the birth of my twin boys in July. They told us the whole 90 day script. And the hell of trying to communicate with the reps. English american... Please!
This is no game of guess what I'm saying and what I mean... I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I'M PAYING YOUR COMPANY! I work hard everyday to help people so, what do you get paid for?
So I called them to preplan but no help for the attempt to avoid delinquency. I gave birth in July and underwent a complicated delivery in which I encountered blood loss and a blood transfusion. And then suffered extremely high blood pressure. I was in the hospital for a whole week. During that week my fiance was laid off... We live in Az and the job loss record began to unravel. I had to take more time off for recovery. And my fiance trying to find work. Once he found a job he made less than what he made before. So when I called to ask for a modification they told me to make more money then call them back.in October we recieved a letter with an offer to modify. Send 1200.00 and this will be your new mortgage payment! Save your house!
Sounded great but then when we called it had expired! Then the rep said this time... Just wait for next month you should be getting another BLIND OFFER... Has anyone recieved such a thing?
So now we're facing forclosure my home is up for auction Jan 27.. And we have been dealing with a rep by the name of Joey... RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND A COMPLETE JERK!
Previous to speaking with him I spoke to a rep who said he was going to email me my financial worksheet. I waited and waited and waited 3 days I waited and recieved it on the 4th day. He told me to complete it then fax it and call back in 24-48 hours. I faxed it and I called 72 hours later... And my paperwork... Nowhere to be found! This is when I came across this Joey guy. Then tells me to fax to his fax and he would call me when he recieved it... He did. Then tells me that I need to come up with 4523.00 by December 31st 2008!! UM did you not read my hardship letter? I dont enjoy writing about my misfortunes and my health and I dont think it's something to be just a "letter" and to "hmmmm" about...
If you dont read it then why ask for it?! I'm depressed and have been going through so many obstacles and they have treated me like a circus act! My paperwork is everywhere and no one can help. When we called back they kept telling us that we had to talk to this rep Joey and him only! SO If i'm telling you I'm just getting back on my feet why are you slamming me with a 4500.00 down payment? He didnt seem to care about anything... So here we are... At every dead end. My home is up for auction. We dont have 4500.00 and we cant discuss our mortgage with anyone else but him and he wont negotiate anything! So here were are wondering whats next... With 5month old twins and two older children... Hey thanks!
