Customer Service Say good bye to your money Nationwide

I found a fraudulent check written over the phone on my bank account on December 2. I called when the check cleared, as it takes 2 days. I found Moon Park to be the one who sent it through. I called immediately and the girl told me they are a clearinghouse for an adult web site. She was extremely nice and helpful and said I will see a refund in about 10 business days. She said this kind of thing happens periodically, and she understands how difficult it is for a person living paycheck to paycheck.

I all but closed the account, waiting for that refund. I talked to the people at the bank and explained everything. They were very helpful and said that if I'm not given a hard time, that the company is probably legitimate. It's now December 26 and I have not gotten my refund. I called a second time around the 17th, and she was again, nice - different person - and told me it's 7-10 business days, and I'm not quite to it. I called today and no one answered. The phone rang to an extent which made their system drop the call. No recording at all.

I read the other reports on here and want to note that I have never had anything to do with Mary Kay. I have never even purchased from them. I wonder where they got my information. I rarely write checks. However, this account is 16 years old. I used it daily until I was forced to open a new account because of this.
