Rip-off unauthorized credit card charge after I cancelled Orange

I fell for the free credit report scam. When I realized they were asking for $79.95 I canceled the same day and they still charged my account. I never did receive a credit report, free or otherwise. They said it would take 7-10 days to debit my account, it doesn't take them that long to credit the account!
