9/25/08 I requested 2008 NEC Guide single-user CD - I settled having a credit online my card was billed $179.95. The purchase was to vessel in 5-8 business days. I waited 14 nothing. I named there contact us quantity - you receive a voicemail educating one to abandon a note and they'll call-back - nothing. I applied the e-mail address they offer for purchase concerns - no reaction. I have attempted numerous occasions - nothing. I intend to publish the data towards the NY Attorney General. Discouraged and scammed.
