Have asked four times to have a charge removed. A company that I had given my card to for an internet purchase, made a second charge three months later without my knowledge. That company, Net Quote, refused to refund the charge and Capital One will not do anything. I have given them all the paperwork to show it was an unauthorized charge and they still refuse to take the charge off. My attorney suggests that I pay the $81 and go on because there is nothing that can be done. Capital One is so big... They don't need to do anything and Net Quote knows that nothing can be done since they are not a resident company in my state. Be very careful if you do business with Capital One... Their customer service is non-existent.
