They cashed my check and I haven't heard from them since

I was sent the application for 10,000.00 credit. It gave me a small time window to reply. So I did and I have gotten no card or catalog yet, 12/18/08.

I sent it out on the 3rd, and the check has been cashed. I have a phone number to them I believe to be 214-424-6888. Wish me luck.
