For all the Bank excutives who use RateWatch or a similar "research" service to conduct interest rate surveys on your competitors... Quit wasting your time... Its a big "farce"... They are making alot of money off of you... Especially the owner of the company in this case Larry Starkweather... Hes never at his office... Vacations all the time... And is basically live the "high" life with your money...
They are not accurate in their surveys... They dont care about their work... They dont care about their employees... They discrimiate... The office is like a big rumor mill... The managers care about nobody but themselves, infact all the managers do is have sex with each other in the office... Then start rumors about each other... Why would want to pay a company to do that.
Don bother with these companies... You can do the work yourself... They are just "banking" alot of money off of you, and I am sure alot of loan officers will agree... Rate Surveyors are "freakin" annoying. RateWatch sucks!
