Have a hidden surprise tax that left me screaming angry

Companies incorporated in New Mexico have surprise taxes that have me screaming angry. Nobody told me when my company was formed that I would have to pay all these taxes. Then Whap! I get stuck with this big tax bill that my CPA surprised me with. I think companies incorporated in New Mexico are a rip off.

I started a business there last year. I know they can protect you from lawsuits. Actually it's not that the taxes were all that much. It's just that it caught me by surprise and I had spent all the money on expanding my business and didn't have enough left over to pay this surprise tax bill. I just want to scream my lungs out I'm so angry. Thanks usacomplaints.com for letting me vent my frustration.
