Wadsworth Companies Incorporated plants died very quickly after planting

We got plants for our yard. Wadsworth Companies Incorporated sold the plants. It was very apparent very quickly that the plants were not going to live. They died quickly but we did not get our money back. The weather was blamed. But we want our money back from them. We didn't pay the weatherman.
