SBM Companies Incorporated did not give me my refund

I have called these guys. I need a refund because I got nothing from them. I've called but no refund has been granted. So, since I have not gotten my refund I'm reporting them to usacomplaints.com and hopefully that will get their attention. I'm doing what I warned them I would do.
