I've been paying for over 5 years for a service I can't use because they people dont know what they are doing. Their service is a complete BS.
When you call you get a idiot from some foreign country who can barely speak english and doesn't understand what let me talk to your supervisor means.
It's a complete ripoff and HSBC/Orchard Bank wont take responsibility for it.
I keep paying what I can because I'm not working and they keep adding charges on over the limit and late fees. Now that I need their help they keep giving me the run around.
