Extremely Agresive attitude, demanding money by menaces to be followed by a law suit

Phone call came in after business hours of all major credit cards, a brief introduction to varify I was indeed the person he was looking for, he gave no introduction to himself or Comapany name, then slammed into threats of what was going to happen to me and the judgments he and National Enterprise Systems (NES) were going to file at me if I did not pay the several thousands of dollars owed on a credit card, the Credit card was issued by Nation Wide Insurance, which was covered by First USA, who is owned by Chase Bank.

It may turn out that Chase Bank Hired (NES) to be heavy handed with me to get me to pay the money as one deposit.

NES continued a very heavy hand to twist my arm to pay immediately or paperwork will be issued in the Morning to my Bank (who hold my Mortgage) my Loan Company for the car, and my place of work, the agressive man, threatened to issue paperwork to all of the above three and file a lawsuit against me with imediate affect, unless I payed up now, he would not back down, he accused me of playing games and was threating to hang up unless I pay the money, I explained I had no credit available, and Chase Bank were aware of that.

I repeatadly asked for the mans name, Company Name and phone number, he said it was unavailable and still demanding, he put more pressure, more threats of what the Company (NES) could do to me if I did not pay tonight, now!

He asked to speak with a family member, so a call was made via his phone system which comes as Unavailable on any phone system that has caller ID, then he laid straight into that family member demanding and threating lawsuits if the money was not paid then and now, the original amount was for $7K, when my family member was sent to a calm but stern voice and demanded for a supervisor the figure of closure dropped to $4.7K, still demanding to speak to the supervisor, he changed gear so to speak and gota little more agressive and his tone was extremely rude.

Between both of us we refused to make any comments until we had his name, the company name and phone number, then transfer to the supervisor, he let slip it was (NES), but refused his name and phone number coming back and even more agressively, to the point of screaming and demanding payment or he would hang up, we both lost a little bit of call and demanded the attention of the supervisor, at taht point (NES) cancelled the phone call.

Do I have say in this matter legally, I know I owe money but does it have to goe this way, Chase Bank is at fault as well, I will file another report for them.

Is there anyone who could give me advice or make suggestions what I could do, I know the phone calls are going to come, via all my phones and work numbers as well.
