I have a currently a bad credit situation, I was searching online and I found this website where they promise loans to just about anyone. The website is http://capitalfinancelenders.com.
I filled out an application and someone by the name of Susan Murphy contacted me, she gave me her contact information and asked me a couple of questions about my situation... She seemed pretty nice. She told me that I could apply to an insured loan, since I didn't have a cosigner nor a mortgage to back the loan against. That "Insurance" would cost me about 700 dollars.
So she sent me the paperwork, and asked me fax it to her right away... Then came the point where she instructed me to pay the "insurance fee" for the loan... According to her, the insurance fee was going to be return to me after I make the first 10 payments on my 5000 dollars loan.
She instructed me to send the money via Western Union to a Ken Dunn, from Ontario Canada... Who was according to her the insurance officer. That should of rang a bell on me or something, but because of my situation I went ahead and sent the 700 bucks to that man... I got a call from Susan that he could not retrieve the money right away, because I sent it "next day delivery"... She said that was fine, and that once the guy gets the money, I should have my money in my account within 24 hours...
Anyway, I waited and checked when my money was received, it was received the day after... But when I inquired about my money, nobody would pick up the phone at Susan's office... She hasn't return any of my calls. I tried sending emails and no response... I tried leaving feedback at the webpage, and the system fails when you hit submit.
My money is gone, if anyone out there can provide me with advise on what to do I would appreciate it... I'm going to contact the police, to see if something can be done... Although I doubt I will ever get my money back, I hope this helps others not to fall for them again.
