On Oct 10 01 we sent Nations Capital Credit 2,835.00 the first and last month payment on a FLD132 tractor. The money we sent was suppose to be are first and last months payment. After 5 busniess days they said they needed are last 6 months bank statments because we were going into busniess for ourselfs meaning my husband and I.
We told Mr Ron Barber that we had work for the truck and needed to know somthing as soon as possible.
He said everything looks good not to worry. Iwould call them every day asking if they were going to give us a loan or not. On Nov2 They said that we needed a co signer on the loan after all.
Ron barber stated that we would get are money back because we did not want a co signer on the truck. He ask me if I had any other way of getting, more money like any personal accounts i told him no. MBy then my husband and i was getting worried about are money.
We ask about are money he said if we didnt use a co signer we would get are money back I ask him when he said in 24 hours. On NOV8 I called Peter Gonzalaz because Mr Barber was not aloud to talk to me any more about this matter. He said i would have my money by NOV13. On nov13 I called I got the voice mail and i said to call me today or they would hear from my lawyer.
I called a lawyer they told me to contact they attorney general and I did and reported them. We still have not recieved are money. Ihave reported them to the federal trade commsion. I found out yesterday that there have been 19 other people scammed by this so called company.
