I named their customer support point on Sat. 11/22/08 to obtain a balance summary.in those days, I had been educated that I'd an optimistic aspect stability plus they mentioned nothing about something imminent whatsoever. I created a little debt card buy on Sunday (significantly less than $5.00) and was struck with not just one, but two NSF account costs! After I looked over my online declaration on Wed 11/26/08 it confirmed both NSF costs along with a $80 stability. I approached their CS plus they decided to return both NSF charges. After I examined on Friday, they'd returned them-but stated there is a $69 cost that got through and slapped me with another NSF Charge, despite the fact that there is $80 bucks within the consideration! I named their CS point, plus they declined to return this charge despite the fact that I've published evidence of the internet declaration in the prior evening! I had been also advised they actually ask you for a $1.50 stability request charge from the ATM! I tolf them that I had been shutting out this acct (it had been a small cash acct) and that I wouldn't be performing anymore company with tem. The CS representative acted like she didn't care what I did so. Avoid these frauds!!!
