I happened to run accross the usacomplaints.com that an ex-employee wrote about Universal Financial Group Inc. Then I read the rebuttal report submitted by Kent Wheeles. His report was filled with lies and false statements. This definitely angered me due to the fact that I too am an ex-employee of Universal Financial Group Inc. And can relate to the sleezy company policies and the way they treat their employees and customers.
I worked for Kent Wheeles when he had his own office in West Bend, WI 53095. I think it is very funny how Kent did not bother to mention the fact that he lost his office in West Bend due to the fact that he could NOT close loans. Frank, Kents boss, told him he could come back to the Greenfield office and work their after the closing of his office in West Bend.
On many occasions I also worked at Frank Pabon's office in Greenfield. I highly agree that Frank does run around the office screaming profanities at employees. That man is a loose cannon and very unpredictble. There was not one day at his office where he was not slandering fellow employees behind their backs and belittling his employees to their face or when they were not around.
As far as loan officers go, this is where the job is a complete lie and farse. When you are hired at Universal Financial Group Inc. You are told that you will be trained on becoming a loan officer and the state tests will be paid for and they tell you that you will make an unbelievable amount of money. Ha ha... What a joke! The real truth is that you do sit in a cubicle and make 400-500 calls in an 8 hour day or longer. Oh, and Kent there are ONLY about 10 cubicles and they ARE all EMPTY! The company does have a very high turn over rate.
To conclude, I have a few MAJOR facts to state. While I worked for Kent in his West Bend office he in fact always came back and told us that there was not a loan available for a customer that did give us their social security number and was actually interested. Kent was telling us this all the time, and myself and the 2 other employees that I worked with were beginning to become very suspicious. So one day when Kent was out of the office a fellow employee of mine was going through files that had the completed applications in them. These were the applications that Kent had told us were not available to receive a loan. What we found out was; in fact they were loans and Kent Wheeles was lieing to us telling us they weren't. Why was Kent doing this? I'll tell you why!!! Because Kent Wheeles was STEALING our commission!!! We found an email on his desk from Frank Pabon stating that if Kent did not close on a certain amount of loans and make a certain amount of profit he would be losing his office.
One last thing. We found oodles and oodles of all different kinds of pornography on Kent Wheeles' work/office computer. Not to mention the most disturbing thing of all: Kent had a black leather computer chair... With white stains all over the seat! Yuck... I wonder what that was Kent!?!?!
Kent, maybe if you would've worked instead of masterbating to pornography you WOULDN'T have lost your office. SORRY!
Now I'm not trying to retaliate or slander anyone because I am angry at the moment. I am simply stating the truth. And lets be honest; Sometimes the truth hurts. I have no reason to make up lies about anyone. I worked for Universal Financial Group Inc. Over a year ago. Since then I have moved on and I have a great career and I am extremely happy with my current employer.
Now before I finish I am going to state the fact that I QUIT Universal Financial Group Inc. I was not fired.in fact, they thought I was a great employee. However, I have morals and I was not about to continue lieing to people over the phone and RIPPING-OFF innocent people!!! So basically my advice is to STAY AWAY... Stay far far away from universal financial group inc.
