Tried the product from a freebie website, paid the 4.99 shipping. 15 days later, they charged my CC for $59.99 and sent 30 day supply. I called, they said I would have to 'cancel' my membership and they would refund me within 7 days after receiving the product back. 4 phone calls later, 3 to customer service reps, and one supervisor, AMBER... Because managers do not take calls... Almost a month now, and no refund. This company is ripping us off! Buyer Beware!
