This company is a complete sham when they hire you to be a Loan Officer. But all you do all day 11am to 8pm is make 300 phone calls to a list of home owners in the Milwaukee & surrounding area that arent even looking to Refi or purchase.
They are all cold leads. No computer involved here just a phone.
There is very little contact with anyone on these lists.
There are about 10 empty cubicles which leads me to believe a high turn over.
If you're lucky enough to take an Application with a required SS # to pull credit. You have to give it to the Manager Kent Wheeles for him to work up & see if it is a Loan you don't have access to any Rates DTI's LTV's in fact you are not allowed to use any computer! This Kent Wheeles has no clue what he is doing & will take up to a week to let you know the outcome of an application & usually returns applications to you denying them as a loan.
If you do have a loanyou're strongly encouraged not to disclose the Rate or high closing costs to a potential client over the phone.
Then of course you have the Agency Manager Frank Pabon who just runs around screaming profanity all over the office & constantly yelling at his managers. Nice guy!
But the unbelievable part of this Job is every Tuesday Thursday & Friday the owner from the corporate office in Bolingbrook Illinois Joe Savino calls for a conference call with all LO's & Managers & just reams them for never doing enough. This is every week.
Company's like this give this industry a Bad name, when all they seem to care about is the bottom line & not the employee's or Customers.
