Midland Credit Management has put a claim on my credit report, which has been deemed fraudulent and refuses to accept mail from the Federal Trade Commission and police departments to justify the charge. MCM have done so on many of my friends and family just to collect a fee from the company they are pretending to collect a debt for even though there is no debt owed.
I am the victim of identity theft and find this situation to be as bad.
