Ripoff of $49 for a guaranteed acceptance $5000 credit limit Platinum card dishonest ripoffs

I received a their letter dated January 8. It stated that
I could get a $5000 credit limit platinum card. For a one-time membership fee of $45.00 or you could have rush processing for only $49.00. I chose the rush processing, my check cleared the bank in January and of course I have not received my card or my money back.

I want my money back, this sham of a company should be hung up by their toes in the town square and beaten within an inch of their lives for deceiving the American public.
