FRAUD RIPOFF They lied to me and stole my money! Consumer fraud ripoff screwed many others too

I received a letter in the mail claiming I was guaranteed to get a Platinum Credit card with a 5000 dollar limit. The price was 45 dollars for processing and 49 dollars for rush processing, I paid the 45 dollars and I sent payment on 08-05, on my online banking it said the check cleared on 08-13, it is not 09-02 and still no card! What a rip off.
