I was with popular mortgae for almost a year and half until recently I been behind with my mortgage payment. My husband work hours was cut off and our income has decrease. The first thing I did is to organize my finance, I went into a debt consolidation and I call my Mortgage company which is popular mortgage. Like all the reports about them It is true the have given me the run around 5 times, I have ask the reprasentative to talk to a supervisor and they completely ignored me. This Nov 1 the sold my loan to litton servicing and prior to selling my loan, I had work out adeal for repayment program which was not done and they rip me off off my 700.00 dollars for late fees. They truly a ripoff company to work with. I hope with this economy that they will get what they deserve. All the reps are liars and wont give you a STRAIGHT ANSWER. ONE OF THIS DAYS THEY WILL PAY FOR ALL THE Lying and cheating they did to me and to others
