My spouse requested their free test online on 22nd October. It appeared today (14th ovember) having just been delivered on 7th. The 2nd cost was already obtained.
A recorded information on the telephone claims that they're getting a large-volume of calls (exactly what a shock!) and have extended their opening hours - the very best time to capture them is between 7 & 10pm MST (between 3 & 6 am British moment!).
I got through after being on-hold for fifteen minutes however they originally could not find the purchase (by title or "zipcode") but luckily there is an order quantity about the cover. They established they might stop the consideration (and offered me a guide quantity) nevertheless when I told them that I needed a reimbursement they explained the products have been delivered (improbable) which after I obtained them I ought to telephone them again plus they might inform me just how to return them. Once they had the products back they'd return.
I've written off this cash and certainly will stop the card tomorrow when I donot trust them-not to consider another cost.
